Whether it is an unforeseen accident or sudden medical occurrence out on the trail, preparedness is a crucial part of responsible equine ownership. An urgent health care situation with your horse on the trail, irregardless of your riding discipline, is the ultimate equalizer. The degree to which you are prepared for an emergency will help you keep your cool and will inevitably improve the outcome for your horse.

Designed by a veterinarian: The medical supplies in the EquiTrailKit™ are identical to the items Doc Alaire keeps in her own Kit while out hacking it. Doc Alaire used her 20 years of experience as an equine veterinarian in the creation of her line of EquiKits™ Emergency Med Kits. An EquiTrailKit™, along with a basic strategy and plan ready to implement, will assure you'll be prepared and organized. No panicky search for supplies or precious minutes lost! You'll be ready.

'Grab and Go' fanny/waist/saddle bag: Large, H20 resistant, and lightweight so as to not weigh you down. Comes with an extra 12" extension belt. Breathes well and holds up well to sunlight.

Arrives ready to use: Some items have been unwrapped and readied for quick use, bandages properly rolled, batteries installed, and excess packaging removed. There is additional room in the trail bag to include your own supplies.

Affordable AND complete: While out on the trail, you want an emergency first aid kit which is affordable but also has the 'correct mix' of good quality and fresh supplies for your horse when the need arises. I have included a large enough quantity of individual supplies for loads of future trail riding.

Contains 50 carefully chosen items: You will find that the EquiTrailKit™ goes well beyond what is found in many other trail riding first aid kits.

Includes Doc Alaire's own Organic Herbal Healing Salve
and "Guidelines to Follow During Equine Emergencies".
